| Q: Do I have to be home during the delivery period? |
| A: No, so long as you live in a college house or an off-campus house. That said, keep in mind that if you are not home then we will leave your box at you doorstep. We cannot be responsible for neighboring thieves. |

| Q: Why don't you deliver to my location? |
| A: Because of our door-to-door delivery, we currently do not deliver to certain locations on campus that require a key and/or identification to get into (i.e. Chestnut Hall and the Hub). As we grow, we hope to find ways to offer delivery to these locations. |

| Q: Can I get a rush delivery? |
| A: Unfortunately, we do not offer rush delivery at this time. You may select from the available delivery dates & times during Checkout (or to preview these options, see the Delivery Info page). |

| Q: When will my drinks be delivered? |
| A: When you checkout and pay for your drinks, you will have the option to choose from several delivery dates & times in the next week or so. As we get more orders, we will add more and more delivery times. |

| Q: How do I suggest a new drink to Penn Drinks? |
| A: Please email us at info@penndrinks.com with any suggestions. Alternatively, you should check out our most recent Poll (see the link at the bottom), as we often ask about drink preferences. |

| Q: How do I add multiple drinks at a time? |
| A: You can use the slider bar that says "Adding X drink(s) at a time" to change the number of drinks you add with each drag of the mouse. |

| A: We occasionally offer discounts/promotions for large groups (i.e. clubs, houses, etc.). Please contact us at info@penndrinks.com to see if you're eligible! |

| A: At this time, we do not offer a subscription program-- but do offer an easy way to save your favorite boxes-- aptly titled, Favorites. Log-in and click the button at the top right labeled "Favorites" to get started. |
